BHA Education Consultants Add MD Career Enhancement & Transition Program for Physicians

BHA Education Consultants, LLC (BHA), a private college admissions and career counseling firm, announces the expansion of its career advisory services to include career enhancement and transition for physicians.  The service, officially called MD Career Enhancement and Transition Program, helps physicians who want to expand or transition their careers, develop additional streams of revenue through dual careers or entrepreneurial endeavors or wish to improve their post career opportunities. 

"There are many doctors, including former colleagues, who truly love medicine, but want additional income because of the changes in the healthcare and insurance industry or just want to get out of medicine altogether," stated Dr. Paul Lowe, BHA's president and CEO, and a medical school graduate. "They are just frustrated and no longer feel professionally fulfilled. Even with high incomes, many doctors feel that their creativity, ingenuity, and potential are constrained and want to transition their careers.  I have doctor friends, former colleagues and classmates who are always complaining about the bureaucracy in medicine, reimbursement policies of health insurance companies, malpractice insurance, and their quality-of-life issues.  I personally know doctors well and can really empathize with their career dilemma!," said Dr. Lowe.
