Ira Goldstein Named Business Development Advisor for BHA Education Consultants

BHA Education Consultants, LLC (BHA), a private college admissions and career counseling firm, has named Ira Goldstein business development advisor.  Mr. Goldstein is currently a consultant to private-equity as well as hedge fund organizations and merger and acquisitions firms.   He also serves as a development advisor for various college and university fundraising, research and development efforts. 

Mr. Goldstein served as Vice President at FleetBoston Financial's Small Business Services Division where he was involved in providing financing for small and medium size businesses.  His expertise lies in business development, finance, merger and aquisitions, corporate governance.  

Mr. Goldstein earned a BS in Engineering Physics from Cornell University, a MBA in Finance from Yale University School of Management, and a JD from Columbia Law School.
