Lynda Bigler Named Senior Education Advisor for BHA Education Consultants

BHA Education Consultants, LLC (BHA), a private college admissions and career counseling firm, has named Lynda Bigler senior education advisor. Mrs. Bigler has diverse experience in the banking industry and has worked at Banker's Trust Company - Pension & Investments, Chemical Bank - Endowment Funds and Pension Trust, Rhode Island Hospital Trust National Bank - Profit Sharing Operations, Pittsburgh National Bank - Systems Operations, and Mellon Bank - Employee Benefit Services.

She has been actively involved as a volunteer-leader in many religious and community service organizations including the Trinity Presbyterian Church, Lake Oswego United Church of Christ, as an intern at Shalom UCC, the First Congregational Church of Cheshire and Ainsworth UCC; and the Girl Scouts USA and Boy Scouts of America.

Mrs. Bigler is a former Worldwide Chair of the Brown Alumni Schools Committee, where she managed and supervised over 4,500 alumni volunteers and was involved in volunteer recruitment and training, strategic planning/implementation and budget management. She is the creator of the Talent Quest Program and a former member of the Brown University Alumni Association Board of Governors. Mrs. Bigler is a member of the American Association of University Women, the Society of Children's Writers and Illustrators and the Interfaith Council of Greater Portland.

Mrs. Bigler earned a BA in French Studies from Brown University and a MDiv from Yale Divinity School.
